Women more aware than men

Women who are over 50 years of age are more aware of disease symptoms than men. This could partly explain why they live longer than men.

What helps them – government health campaigns; particularly those of cancers.

BBC reported that Saga  had conducted the study.

For example, onlu 59 % men would see thier GP if they found a lump compared to 80 % women.
