Walking is a good exercise
We all walk; the more we walk the better. This is because walking is a good exercise and is known to reduce risk of getting diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. And if the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity is reduced the chance of getting heart attacks and stroke is also reduced.
Walk for about 30 minutes almost daily.
One could walk alone, or with a partner or still better in a group. Walk slow or fast or in changing speeds. Walk up a slope or walk stairs.
Walking is gentle on all body types.
Walking improves moods and combats depression and anxiety.
Walking will help you sleep better at night.
Last but not the least, walking is affordable.
