Try apple to wake you up instead of coffee
Apple is a better choice to keep you awake than a cup of hot coffee.
Apples have fructose, a natural sugar that gives you energy too; and coffee does not.
Apple keeps the airways clean and clear and hence improve breathing too.
Although coffee works fine to stimulate the senses, try having an apple the next time you feel sleepy in the office.
