Tomatoes to reduce weight
First, did you know that tomato is a fruit and not a vegetable. Second, they are Godsend in your battle against losing weight.
If you are serious about losing weight, in addition to doing regular exercises, add tomatoes in your diet and see the difference.
Tomatoes are full of antioxidants and reduce water retention. They also reverse leptin resistance; leptin is a type of protein which prevents our body from losing weight, thus tomatoes are the perfect match.
But beware of that ketchup – it is usually loaded with synthetic stuff and sugars – don’t count having ketchup as having had tomatoes.
