Sleep well to improve the look of fatigue

According to Swedish researchers, signs of fatigue due to lack of sleep are: dark circles under the eyes, pale skin, fine wrinkles, turned-down corners of the mouth. As a result they look sadder too, they further noted.

Jeffery Salomon, assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at the Yale University School of Medicine, who was not involved with the study says that the only way to improve the look of fatigue is to sleep.

Nearly one-third of world’s population is sleep-deprived.
