Refrigerate milk in cooler areas of fridge
Did you ever know the right place in the fridge to store the milk. We generally store in the upper shelves.
Well apparently this may not be the right place as Chef Daniel Norton says that the temperature is not constant in all areas of the fridge.
The upper shelves tend to be slightly warmer, so it’s best to store the ‘high risk’ foods such as milk and raw meat in the cooler places that are the lower shelves or near the back of the fridge.
By doing this, you are reducing the chance of harmful bacteria grow in the milk.
Next time when you store milk in the fridge make sure you keep it in the cooler areas (lower shelves or backside of the shelf).
