Practice to identify stressors to manage stress
It is a good habit to practice to identify stressors if you want to manage stress in your day to day life.
A conscious effort to identify stressor will make you realize how to mitigate or avoid that from affecting you; no stressor no stress.
Example: If I am scared of dogs and it gives me stress, I will make every effort to avoid it. So if I am going to a friend’s house who has the pet I will ask him to ensure that the pet is kept away from me.
