Peanuts are useful when blood sugar level dips

A diabetic knows when the blood sugar levels dip – symptoms like dizziness, weakness, sweating, etc. start showing up.

What does the diabetic do in situations like these to avoid worsening of the symptoms. One, eat something sweet and soon the symptoms disappear and the good feeling is back. The other is to have a handul of peanuts. Peanuts are useful because they have manganese and that help regulate sugar levels.

In fact, if a diabetic has a handful of peanuts daily the blood sugar may not dip to levels where symptoms begin to show because of the ability of peanuts to regulate blood sugar levels.
