Live on black olives
Most people are yet not found of olives, be it green or black. The few pieces of olives they get is when eating a pizza containing olives. And that amount is clearly not enough to get any benefit.
Whatever be the reason for consuming it so far, one should consider having atleast a tablespoonful of olives every alternate day, especially for its value in preventing cardiovascular events (heart attacks and strokes).
In addition, they are useful in prevention of cancers, notably colon cancer.
Black olives are good for hair and skin.
In conditions like asthma and osteoporosis, black olives are useful in reducing the discomfort.
Being a good source of iron, they are useful in addition to the iron therapy.
Because they contain fiber, they are good for digestive health.
Last but not the least they are good for the eyes.
Shouldn’t this be reason enough to have the black olives.
