Foods that help lower lipids levels
Lipids are cholesterol and triglycerides, both of which, if in high concentrations in the blood are known to create blockages in the blood vessels of the body.
You could lower them by exercises, and/or by diet modifications. A low fat diet is a good thing to do but one could benefit by taking some foods that can actually reduce the blood lipid levels.
