Fitness depends on many factors but is vitally dependant upon breath. Hence, during vigorous exercises the instructors would usually advise you to focus on breathing too. If the breathing is poor during the exercises, you would soon start feeling low physically and mentally….and this may continue all along the day. Don’t be surprised to know that an average person uses only around 20% of his lungs capacity.
Sadly, in this world, like we have to be taught and reminded to laugh; we also have to be reminded and taught to breathe. Right technique is important.
Similarly , like breathing, we are continuously thinking. In fact, our minds are constantly xchurning out thoughts. But what about the quality of your thoughts?
