Banana pulp for cracked heels

Bananas are known for their moisture content and this very quality helps eliminate dry skin and cracked heels.

Mash a ripe banana and apply the pulp to the feet and heels. Keep it for about 15 minutes before washing it with lukewarm water.

The feet and heels are now softer and smoother.

Repeat the procedure daily for 3-4 days and see the cracked heels heal up.
