Ancient foods and methods of eating

If you are really looking to eating natural food in a natural way, then it may be necessary to be mindful of the food and the way it was consumed.

  • Sit on the floor crossed-legged while eating – it pacifies the mind, reduces stress and allows for adequate intake and proper digestion of food.

  • Chia seeds were eaten as an energy boost by the Aztec (Mexican) warriors.
