Health benefits of Jamun (Indian plum)
Jamun, popularly known as the black plum or the Indian plum is a fruit loaded with several nutrients and has many health benefits.
It is a summer fruit with main ingredients as glucose and fructose (sugars) along with minerals. It has fewer calories as compared to other fruits.
It is extremely juicy and sweet and so is good to have in summer.
