Reduce belly fat doing yoga

Belly fat is an indicator of diseases happening in the body. Losing belly fat will not only reduce these diseases but will also make you look younger and fitter. It will also boost your confidence.

There are many ways of losing belly fat. Have you tried Kapal Bhati, a type of pranayam (breathing exercise) in yoga.
