Pre-made soup have sugars
Be careful if you are having the pre-made soup on a daily basis.
You would usually not associate soup with having sugar in it but most commercially prepared pre-made soup do contain lots of sugar.
Check labels before use.
The best way to have soup would be to have it prepared at home so that you know what and how much is going into it.
Or else go to a restaurant where they listen to your instructions before making a soup for you.
If you want to limit your sugar intake then it is best to stay away from pre-made soup on a regular basis.
