Drink green tea for bad breath
Green tea is a huge source of fluoride; hence it is useful in strengthening the teeth, prevent tooth decay as well as reducing or even eliminating bad breath.
Green tea also has antibacterial properties and hence manages the bacteria in the oral cavity responsible for bad breath.
If you are suffering from bad breath, it may be worthwhile to try drinking up to two cups of green tea. Some studies say that too much of green tea is not good.
