Reduce weight in 10 days

How can I reduce my weight ? It’s actually simple – if you pursue it relentlessly. The answer lies in not giving it up and in having a wholesome diet and exercising regularly.

DIET: Have 5-6 small meals daily rather than large amounts of food 3-4 times. Meals should have proteins and healthy fats, along with low carbohydrates. Green vegetables are extremely important because besides detoxing your body, they are rich in fibres and complex carbohydrates.

EXERCISES: Learn Crunches, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Planks and do them regularly. Cardio exercises must also be done either by running on a Treadmill in a gym or running out in the open.

Even if you lose 1 kg by the end of 10 days, you are on the right path…..pursue it till you achieve your target and continue doing it to maintain the target achieved.
