Have almonds to reduce hunger pangs

If you get hunger pangs, eat about 50 grams of almonds (or 30 pieces) every day.

A study done recently has found that eating about 50 grams of almonds can reduce hunger pangs.

In addition, it improves Vitamin E levels and monounsaturated (good) fat intake without increasing body weight because of protein and fibre content.

50 grams of almonds provide around 250 calories.
