Benefits of doing exercises

Human beings were not designed to sit idle and wait for food. Like all animals human beings also had to go out and fight to get food. In case of an attack by animals had to run away (flight). And to run away one needed a great fitness level. We do not hunt for food anymore and yet to survive must have a fitness level that can be achieved by leading an active life or, in short, exercise.

The following are the benefits of doing regular exercises:
