How to stop a nose bleed

Nose bleed often occurs during summer months.

Do not panic.

Just sit down and bend yourself forwards and pinch the nose.

Caution: Do not lie down or bend backwards as the blood may flow backwards and choke your throat.

See a doctor if the bleeding does not stop in 10 minutes.

However, it is good to see a doctor even if the bleeding has stopped to find if there was any other cause for it.
