Avoid milk products if diabetic
Eliminate milk and milk products (curd, cheese, paneer, etc.) in all forms from diet especially if you have been recently diagnosed with having diabetes.
Although this statement has no confirmed scientific basis, yet it has been found to be effective in not only controlling diabetes but also of curing it.
A diabetic has nothing to lose if milk or milk products in all forms are avoided for a few months as if the situation improves there can be nothing better than not having just one food item.
Remember though to check your blood sugar levels frequently thereafter.
