How to meditate
Meditation is seeing, observing, understanding and listening (SOUL) without any judgment or valuation; as just by doing this leads to reduction in the turmoil, the disturbance, the confusion, the commotion that keeps happening in the mind eventually leading to calmness, confidence and self-realization.
Now that there is calmness, you will notice there is more and more peace in your life…there is minimum conflict between the mind and the body…and that allows to realize ambitions as per capability. In fact, a calm mind allows to improve the capability too. This is self-realization…where conflict between ambition and capability cease….and this can be achieved only by meditation.
The mind is ever powerful and wandering; it should be calmed, as only a calmed mind can be trained to realize ambitions. Once the mind is calmed, a simple way to train the calm mind to realize ambitions is by self-feedback. Self-feedback is a process of gradually raising competence levels by reminding oneself that ‘even I can do it’. Meditation, by calming the mind empowers it and also enhances belief in oneself.
It is difficult, though not impossible to train an agitated mind.
In the initial stages, it may be difficult to meditate as the mind is being trained to calm. provide the feedback. Do not give up.
As you continue to practice SOUL without any judgment or valuation, you will notice subtle changes that are benefitting you in your day to day life. There is a transformation happening.
Meditation also helps you improve your wellness status as it is a great de-stressing tool.
