875 ml of wine is not fine
A study published in The Lancet says that those who drink more than 100 grams of alcohol (or 875 ml of wine) per week were at an increased risk of an early death due to stroke, heart failure and aneurysm.
The results were an outcome of an analysis done on more than 600,000 people who drink more than 100 grams of alcohol per week.
100 grams of alcohol is equivalent to 5 glasses (each glass containing 175 ml) of wine per week…totaling to 875 ml of wine and that is surely not good for health.
Wine in moderation is good for health but 875 ml wine (=100 grams) is definitely not fine for your health!
