Vitamin L good for heart
The L in Vitamin L for me is Laughter; and surely not ‘Love’ or ‘Lifestyle’ anymore as some people tend to believe. This is because people are busy, very busy as a result there is no time for Love and worse still little time to cultivate a healthy Lifestyle. But the Laughter in Vitamin L is something that is doable; in fact, we all laugh….and it has loads of benefits.
Laughter in life in known to promote social binding and reduce stress levels.
In addition, Laughter is known to lower blood pressure, increase levels of good cholesterol (HDL) and reduce inflammation of the arteries that are known to cause blockages. It is also known to reduce the risk of heart disease in postmenopausal women.
