How to live long
It’s so easy to live long.
Just follow these 4 things and you could protect your heart and reduce death risk:
- Exercise: Do regular exercise.
- Mediterranean-style diet: See link.
- Normal weight: Do not get overweight.
- No smoking: If you smoke, stop today.
These are lifestyle changes as doctors would say.
Are they difficult….not at all….yet we let go the chance to live long!
