Drink water to eat less

If you drink water about half an hour before every meal, chances are you will eat less.

This is because there is a satiety centre in the brain that gets signal from the stomach that it is full.

Satiety centre is an area in the brain responsible to stop the activity of eating. It gives an individual a feeling of satisfaction after having a meal.

What a simple way to reduce chances of overeating. Indeed good for people looking out for ways to reduce weight.
